The fun-loving, high energy musical takes place in New York in 1933 when an unassuming chorus girl gets her shot at the lead in a big Broadway show!
*Both a vocal audition AND a dance audition are required.
Where: Gellert Auditorium at Serra High School
Prepare: Please choose a song that is typical of the era of the show (1920’s, 1930’s, etc). Please prepare up to 32 bars for your audition. (Remember to bring your music for the accompanist.)

*Call Backs will take place on Saturday, November 23rd from 9am-4pm. (The callback list will be posted on the Tri-School Productions website on Thursday night/Friday morning) If called back, make sure to obtain your callback packet from Miss Willits (NDB), Ms. Matthews (Mercy) or Mr. Long (Serra).
Tap Workshops will be held at the Gellert Auditorium
In preparation for the auditions for 42nd St, Tri-School Productions will be holding Tap Workshops on November 5, 6, 7, and 9. Director/Choreographer Gennine Harrington will lead students of all abilities and experience through fundamentals and basics so students will know what to expect at the dance audition. Workshops will last roughly 1 hour and it is recommended that all students intending to audition attend at least two workshops, though are free to attend three or all four if they would like.
11/5, 11/6, 11/7 from 6 – 7 p.m.
